Arrange and accompany you on all house viewings
Arrange and accompany you at meetings with the Notaire
Arrange and attend (if needed) a visit to a local French bank to open an account/secure a mortgage
Handle translation and advise on legal points in conjunction with the Notaire
Help to arrange house and contents insurance
Assist with the connection of utilities
Help arrange property restoration and maintenance
Provide (if required) an annual property surveillance contract
